Why should we talk about our feelings?
Firstly, it's no good bottling everything up. It can lead to feeling
more and more frustrated, upset or confused, and then we can explode at
the wrong time.
Talking about your feelings is good to clear up what's going
on in your head, to feel better and work out what to do next.
It's really important to talk to someone you trust, who has
time to listen to you and treats you with respect. Everyone deserves to
be listened to because feelings are individual and important.
