it's ok to have feelings

Having feelings is OK, even when they're confusing or hard to deal with. Sometimes, it might seem easier to push your feelings away, especially when they're not nice. But having those feelings bottled up inside doesn't feel so good, does it?

Imagine you're like a balloon, and inside you're keeping all your feelings locked up. Soon the balloon gets bigger and bigger, and before you know it - it pops! That's a little like what could happen if you hold all those feelings inside. The more you talk about your feelings the smaller the balloon becomes, and the better you'll feel!
